Reflections on the Sunday Readings

Joseph Milner, our Director of Christian Initiation and Liturgy has begun sharing his weekly reflections on the Sunday readings. Joe also writes our General Intercessions and Universal Prayers, a great resource to inspire meaningful prayer and reflection. Reach out to Joe with any questions at joe@sfxstl.org.

St. Francis Xavier

College Church is a Jesuit parish on the campus of Saint Louis University. We, the members of St. Francis Xavier College Church, form a welcoming Jesuit parish community. As followers of Jesus Christ, we praise God, love our neighbors as ourselves, celebrate liturgy and the sacraments, engage in lifelong formation and proclaim God’s reign of justice, mercy and peace.

For urgent pastoral care needs or to plan a funeral, please text or call (314) 881-8475.

Our Leadership: Becoming a more Synodal Church

"A synodal church is a church of participation and co-responsibility. Participation is based on the fact that all the faithful are qualified and called to serve each other through the gifts they have all received from the Holy Spirit."
