Hours of Operation

The Outreach Program is open weekly on Tuesday. We start working with guests at 9AM. Our services are first come, first served or by appointment while assistance lasts.


Eligibility Requirements and Limitations

  • We provide assistance with 1 Birth Certificate per person every 2 YEARS - paid for by stamped vouchers

  • We provide assistance with 1 Missouri nondriver ID per person every 2 YEARS - paid for by checks

  • The $18 check for the nondriver ID can be used towards a driver’s license if needed; individual must cover the remaining cost and this counts the same as an ID in terms of eligibility for future services


What to Bring with You on Tuesday

  • For IDs: Proof of Missouri Residency, Social Security Card (or recitation of SSN for replacement IDs), and Birth Certificate

  • For Birth Certificates: Photo ID or 2 documents with your name

  • If you do not have any documents with your name, please let us know. We will try to find suitable alternatives to assist you.

NOTE ON SOCIAL SECURITY CARDS

Replacement Social Security cards can only be issued by the Social Security Administration. Our program cannot directly assist with Social Security cards, but we can provide you with the information we know about how to apply.
