Eucharist
“For not as common bread nor common drink do we receive these; but since Jesus Christ our Savior was made incarnate by the word of God and had both flesh and blood for our salvation, so too, as we have been taught, the food which has been made into the Eucharist by the Eucharistic prayer . . . is both the flesh and the blood of that incarnated Jesus.” - St. Justin
First Communions
One of the most celebrated occasions of the Catholic life is the sacrament of First Communion. Our First Communion celebration for our students will be on April 21, 2024 at the 10:30 am Mass.
For more information on receiving this Sacrament for the first time please contact Julie Killian at julie@sfxstl.org.
If you are an adult and are interested in learning more about the Eucharist or about becoming Catholic, please consider participating in RCIA, or contact John Milner at 314-977-7305 or joseph.milner@slu.edu
